Lagging and stuttering on Windows 11: Why you should downgrade to 21H2 or below

Die Lags unter Windows 11 existieren schon seit Release von Windows 11 22H2 und wurde immer noch nicht behoben. in einen Augen siehts eher danach aus als gäbe es für diese lags derzeit keine Lösung es sei denn Microsoft stellt ein Update via Windows Update zu Verfügung.
Die einzige Lösung ist derzeit ein Downgrade auf eine Windows 11 Version die niedriger ist als 22H2 wie beispielsweise 21H1 oder 21H2. Derzeit kann diese Problem mit den Lags in Apex Legends unter Windows 11 22H2 nicht auf Nutzerebene gelöst werden da sich das Problem eher tiefer im System befindet die aus Proprietären Dateien bestehen und in der Regel auch entsprechend gesichert sind sodass es nicht möglich ist diese auf legale weise zu beheben
Die Resultate auf meinen System:
Windows 10 22H2: Keinerlei lags, sehr flüssiges Gameplay höhere K/D, mehr DPS, besseres Movement möglich. (Netzwerk lags ausgeschlossen)
Windows 11 22H2: Lags und Standbilder "bis zum umkippen", nahezu fast immer 0 Kills, max. 100 Schaden bevor Squad ausgelöscht wird(Netzwerk lags ausgeschlossen)
Falls eine Windows 11 22H2 Installation vorhanden ist und das System aktiv für Apex Legends genutzt wird ist ein kommt man um ein Downgrade nicht drum rum was jedoch eine Neuinstallation des Systems benötigt

Lagging on Windows 11 22H2 exists since release and since the Issue exists the issue are not resolved In my eyes its seems like there is no any existing solution in any forms to fix this Apex Legends specific issue without a downgrade of Windows 11 to a lower Build than 22H1 This issue can only fixed by Microsoft itself and there is no way to be fixed by the user itself in my sights because its looks very likely that the issue is a more deeper issue inside proprietary systemfiles making it impossible to fixing it legally
Everythin else is useless and will not fix the issue, there is no fix existing actually for Windows 11 22H2 and will not be existing in near future unless Microsoft delivers a system update via windows update for 22H2
The only existing fix is a downgrade to a lower Windows 11 Version than 22H2 like 21H2 orr 21H1 as a temporary solution until its fixed by Microsoft which is only possible with a clean install of windows otherwise there is no way to fix it actually
Results i got on my System:
Windows 10 22H2 - no one lag and butter smooth gameplay, higher K/D, higher DPS and better movement (Network lags excluded)

Windows 11 22H2 - extreme lags and extreme input lags impssible to play and ingame about max. 20 seconds before squad wiped out - not more than 5 minutes until squad wiped out every match - 99% of Bullets entirely missed (R-99 and RE-45), no one single Kill, not more than 100 Damage per match (Network lags excluded)

You also need a valid Genuine Windows License, a Genuine Windows ISO-File (21H2 or below) downloaded from a trusted aggregator and a USB-Stick with at least 8 GB of free space
