Взломали аккаунт|Account was hacked

Доброго времени суток! Летом, а именно 14 июля 2024 года, моя почта и аккаунт EA были взломаны, я играл в Apex Legends, но через «Steam». В этот период я не играл, перестал играть в Apex, но недавно захотел поиграть снова, и мне предложили вновь привязать аккаунт EA к «Steam», я подумал: «Ну бывает», пошел заходить на почту и понял, что-то не так, ибо зайти на почту не мог (неверный пароль). Я не могу написать в техподдержку, потому что не могу найти, куда писать, помощь от руководства, что делать в таких случаях, не помогает. Создавал тикет на help.ea.com, сказали, в течение 2 минут свяжутся, прошло почти 2 дня, и самое интересное, что тикет постоянно закрывается и предлагают открыть его снова. Я не знаю, что мне делать, куда обратиться! 
Знающие люди, помогите, пожалуйста, аккаунт мне очень дорог, так как играю с 3 сезона, есть разные скриншоты еще с ориджина, самой игры, личного кабинета EA, если покопаться, то и чеки найти могу.

Good afternoon! In the summer, namely July 14, 2024, my mail and EA account were hacked, I played Apex Legends, but through “Steam”. I created a ticket on help.ea.com, they said they will contact me within 2 minutes, it's been almost 2 days, and the most interesting thing is that the ticket is constantly closed and offer to open it again. I don't know what to do, where to turn!
