1 player in Queue, Can you please help me?

Can you please help me? plz!
My eaid: RTG_Werh4N

Got a ban overturned, but now can't queue. Tried a ton of potential fixes to no avail.  (I'm on PC if that's relevant info)

  • Checked File integrity
  • Uninstall/reinstall
  • restarted PC
  • queue solo/with friends
  • changed servers
  • tried through steam and EA Play app (neither work)


    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 I got the ban overturned but now whenever i try to queue up to get into a match it keeps saying 1 player in queue for hours till i get disconnected from the game for being idle. I havent been able to get into a game for the past 10 days now. When i switch to another account i used a long time ago it works fine or even my brother's account. Is there a way i can get a fix? Ive seen a lot of people with this issue but with no solutions.

Can you please help me? plz! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    I just want to know how my account is being handled?

    I have tried to start over again, but it still doesn't work, and I really want to get back into the game as soon as possible.

    I have tried all the methods you told me to do and none of them worked. There is nothing wrong with my network settings and my platform, but your customer service told me that it is a problem with your server. So can you fix it for me quickly? Please. I have been waiting for this for a long time and I need you to fix this bug for me.
