30 FPS CAP??

Question

Hi,I have an issue where my FPS caps at 30 frames per second and I keep changing the settings around and can not get any higher fps!anyone else have this issue?

So my fps was capped at 30 frames per sec, post update even though I got 60-70 fps pre update, and I found a solution to it. If u are using pc to play, only then use this, do not try to do anything else except what is told in the video. I am not responsible for any damage done to ur PC if u choose not to follow the instruction directed.

i have this problem i got a fresh gaming laptop and ingame matches are capped at 30fps
