Able to Equip Heirloom I don't own

I thought it was a server problem. After I logged into the game again，I can still use it.

I had some connectivity issue, currencies in the right corner were flashing, I clicked legends tab and the new catalyst, to check out her skins and I have noticed that there was a header '30/1' items bought, or something like this, I thought it was strange so I have clicked on a caustic, as I have some skins for him and there was something like '2/1' skins, one of them was a Heirloom hammer, I clicked on it and I cant remember what exactly happened but then I have closed the game, later on, in the evening, I turned on apex, joined a match and to my surprise I was wielding this heirloom hammmer and I still do have it. I am worried that my account is going to be banned but It was just a strange bug.

What happens when the bug occurs? I went to my wraith after a game, noticed every skin was gone. I had weird badges like a locked DEV one and I had a free heirloom for wraith. I loaded in, then I saw it actually gave me the heirloom. I restart my game, everything looked normal again, but I went back into a game and saw that I still had the wraith heirloom. Made a YT video for proof. NOODLETRON. Did i get hacked?
What should be happening instead? Not that.

I have accessed Bloodhound, Rampart, Wraith, and Caustic's Heirlooms. I looked at Gibraltar, Revenant, Lifeline, and Octane but I can't access their Heirlooms.

I played an Arena match with Lifeline. Our team was defeated then it redirected me to Apex Legend's Play page. Partaking in top-right in-game currencies caught my attention. It was trying to load. I want to look at Caustic's skin but I only saw two selections. One of the options was already chosen skin, and the Random Favourite selections. The other skin options didn't load. Then I saw a button bottom-right but I didn't read it. I looked at Bloodhound, Wraith, and Rampart's skins but it was the same and I selected the bottom-right button. When I was on Wraith's banner page I read the button's text. I just remember was written: Equip something, something and I want to say I don't remember any unusual thing in my last match. I just want to know if I will get the Heirlooms for good. I get into a Battle Royale match. I landed somewhere and Bloodhound's Heirloom was on his hand. I killed an enemy with a gun after I quit the match. I need to take some screenshots for proof. I tried to restart the game but the Heirlooms were still there. But there are no more loading problems and the Heirloom equipping button was gone. Actually, I'm able to unequip the Heirloom but there isn't that button.

Probably if I chose the option like other ones for other characters who had Heirlooms I could access their Heirlooms.

Like the topic says, i dunno what to do about it. I got free heirloom for revenant without banner pose and quote. I just wanted to report it cuz i think it is not fair that i got it.

Looking at the top right, I can see that the client isn't able to receive your player data (or at least not properly), thus resulting in you being unable to use any of your in-game currencies.

There recently was an issue were player data wasn't being loaded properly, resulting in legends and currency being unavailable to the user that would be encountering this.

I had received word that this was something that the team was investigating, so this might be the result of that investigation.

Whilst you might not be able to spend your in-game currency, it seems like you are still able to use your legends without an issue which is a plus.

I'm assuming the heirlooms and the dev icon are temporary placeholders until the server is able to retrieve your account data again.

Pretty much a shot in the dark, though I think it's pretty much due to that.

I doubt your account has been hacked as it seems like there is a logical explanation.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When the Hong Kong server card is suddenly, click on the legendary interface, there is no skin inside, but you can click Heirloom. You can use Heirloom in the training ground and game, but you can’t remove it.

@XHelperZ Results of that investigations are free heirlooms? :D we still have that heirlooms equipped, it's my 3rd day playing with caustic heirloom, and I hope that I will not be banned as the may falsly recognize this as some kind of cheat
