About "Stealth Mode" in "RTSS"

There seems to be a mode called "Stealth Mode" in the Riva tuner statistics server that is not detected by the anti-cheat system. Is it against the rules to use this feature?

I used to use this software with stealth mode enabled, so I'm curious.

I think many people use this software in that way and we don't see many messages about this potential problem.

I didn't get a reply from the EA staff, so I thought maybe there was something written in the "EA User Agreement", so I read the "EA User Agreement" and found that it may have violated the rules.
This may be the case, as it is prohibited to "use any program that damages, interferes with, or disrupts EA services, other computers, or property."

I think it's probably wrong to contact Easy Anti-cheat because it's about EA's terms, but what do you think?
