accidentally linked the wrong account to steam

I was helping my uncle to link his steam with ea. He accidentally wrote the wrong email for ea. So now when he tries to link them it says that the steam account already is linked to another ea acooun...

I have a similar problem. i didnt play for half a year, and now when i came back, my apax account was banned (blocked). As it turns out somebody with a different ea accout somehow linked my steam account to there ea account and then got it banned. So now I cant play Apax anymore. And i dont know what to do. I guess i should contact EA support but I dont know how. if you found any useful info please let me know, i would appriciate that
