Account Falsely Banned

Greetings, EA Community Managers and Players. 

My account got unfairly banned over a word

four months ago. I tried disputing and such,

but EA has to be the worst Customer Support

company ever, especially the TOS Team. 

Additionally, they never cared to properly investigate

my case and kept copy-pasting the same idiotic

response, until I wasn't even able to dispute. 

Since I'm banned, it's pointless having my PSN

and Prime Gaming accounts linked to a banned

account, because it's useless now, I can't play. .

I don't understand why EA wouldn't let me unlink

my PSN and Prime Gaming accounts from a banned

account. 

I won't bother creating another account and play

their games, I've had enough of that company. 

Anyone here can provide me some information

and/or advise on how to approach this? I want

my PSN unlinked from my EA account, I don't want

to have it linked to a wrongfully banned account

of a company who obviously doesn't care about

their own customers. 

Any help/advise is humbly appreciated.

My steam account was hacked few months back.. and all accounts linked to steam got suspicious activity suspensions or bans. I appealed for lifting the ban and it was overturned and a new ban has been active since then. I had raised cases several times but no fix. No chat option is available and also unable to unlink or delete this acc due to ban. Also i have a unknown email linked to my EA acc.. yet no response from EA support.. where as all my other accounts were recovered in few hours.
