Account hacked and banned while offline

I had stopped using my EA account around the middle of 2023, and when I went back to play I saw that it was banned. I went to check and my account had been hacked, with the g-mail and name changed, but the password had not. It's been banned for months, I've already asked for support and my case was directed to people above those who are in support, but it hasn't been unbanned. I explained everything, that I stopped playing and when I came back I had already been hacked and banned, but my case was closed and I didn't get any more answers. I would like to know if there is something or a better place for me to ask for help. I was banned twice, I don't know what happened while I was offline, but the account was unbanned and banned again.
