Account Merging
So just today i had to unlink than link my steam account to my main one that has my xbox connected to it, my xbox account has all my stuff on it skins heirlooms etc. i lost all my pc stuff which i kn...
@EA_Mako I had the wrong account merged to my Apex account and I recently linked the correct account. I have a ton of cosmetics on my Xbox account that I would like to have on PC. Is there anything I can do to have the accounts merged? I already received a merge from a different account that I don't remember making. Please advise and thanks for your time.
If your other account was linked to a different EA account, your cosmetics and progress would be on the original EA account and cannot be transferred to a different EA account.
There are more details about this process in the following link, feel free to read through for more info!

Okay so just to confirm, because I did read the info and am still a bit confused. So, I had an old EA account that had this Xbox account linked to it. I unlinked the Xbox account from that EA account and linked it to my current EA account. The current EA account is tied to my Steam and current Apex account. So this means all the cosmetics on the Xbox account are lost despite me linking it to this EA account?
Correct, those cosmetics would still be on the original EA account. If you moved your Xbox account back you'd be able to access them, but there would not be a way to transfer that to a new EA account unfortunately.
It may help to visualize it this way, you've essentially turned this:
Old EA account: Xbox account, Xbox progress
New EA account: Steam account, Steam progress
...into this:
Old EA account: Xbox progress
New EA account: Steam account, Steam progress, Xbox account
So, you could re-link the Xbox account to the old EA account and move the Steam account there as well, though you'd lose access to your Steam progress in that case. If you'd prefer to keep the Xbox content instead however, that may be an option to consider.
If you're unable to set up a link directly, you can reach out to support so they can assist further. If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look if needed.
Okay, so theoretically, if I relinked to the old EA account, linked the steam to that one, I would have the option to then merge Steam and Xbox? And I would be able to get those cosmetics?
