Account progress just gone

Ive only ever played on Xbox. Turned on apex to find a fresh account. I have been playing since launch. Over 102 in game days. Everything is gone. Ea support did not help at all,saying there was nothing they could do and kicked me here.

I only played on xbox. Never switched ea accounts up. Never had cross progress on other platforms. Xbox is the only account tied to my ea. Ive downloaded my ea data and there is stuff there but when I log into xbox nothing. Ive renown loaded and checked the servers I was on. Nothing helps.

    I pulled the data from ea on this specific account so I know its this one. Im saying even though I have things showing this email is the correct one,Noone seems to be able to understand and I can't stress it enough so I give up but thank you for your time and I wish you well.

    I can see how the frustration of getting back into your game can pile up and be discouraging littlelawdad​. Sorry to hear that support reacted that way, please do feel free to provide feedback on your experience with those advisors in a new live support chat. 

    If this current account was made in 2024, the progress you've accumulated is definitely on a separate EA account. If you have any other emails or if the email associated with your Xbox account has any EA-related receipts, please try signing in with those and see if the order history page details match what you recall. 

    Unfortunately, there's little that support can do without knowing the email address or EA ID of that other account.

    It shows this account being made in 2024 or something but I have data that shows stuff way further back so idk how that would happen. I do only use this specific email for games and I have orders that I can show where I bought stuff but its through Microsoft  so idk if that even helps. I mentioned this to support and they got upset and started spamming forum links. This has happened twice. At this point I've already Uninstalled and I plan on playing EA games no longer.

    littlelawdad​ To be transparent with you, it's not uncommon for players to unintentionally create a new EA account over time. If your account information page showed you joined us after you first started playing Apex (post-2020), then that confirms the existence of another EA account. 

    It can be difficult to locate that account, especially if the email associated with your current account is the only one you're aware of. However, unlike with an account data wipe, if you are able to find it, you would be able to regain access to your progress. In the meantime, it'd be best to comb through your inbox for emails about unlinking or game purchases around the time when you first started playing Apex. 

    Once you locate an email or EA ID, please contact live support, and they can see what options are available to recover that account. Thanks!

    This email is the only one. I believe the account data has been wiped. I was hoping ea could look into it but I got sent here where Noone has tools or access.

    littlelawdad​ Thanks for that information!

    Just to rule out another EA account, please check your Account Information page for the 'Member since' statement below your username. Since you mentioned playing Apex since its launch, your EA account should've been created between 2019 and 2020, if not earlier. 

    If the date doesn't match that timeline, it indicates you used another EA account to play in the past. Since game progress is stored on the EA account level, you'll need to locate and re-link your Xbox account to it in order to regain access to that progress.

    My ea has been only linked to xbox. I never unlinked it. Im playing with all my stuff one day. Next day there's nothing. I tried to get support to look into it but its quite impossible to get help.

    Sorry to hear that your progress is missing. Have you previously unlinked your Xbox account from an EA account and re-linked it?

    For context, game progress is stored at the EA account level, not by device or platform (e.g. Xbox). So if you've unlinked your Xbox account before, your accumulated progress would be stored in the EA account that was left behind. In that case, you'll need to locate the other account and re-link your Xbox account to it to regain access.
