Account Progress Lost on Apex Legends(Xbox one)

Launched apex legends on my xbox after years of not playing and also in those years i had to swap the email registered to my xbox/live account which i suspect may of caused this(From my mums email to my personal one due to changing ISP's causing her email being suspended)Upon launching Apex i realised everything i have unlocked and owned is now gone? I knew something was strange when it showed my cross progression to be level 13, which is old from my linked Pc account back before cross play was a thing. My main XBOX account had hundreds of levels as can be seen here https://apex.tracker.gg/apex/profile/xbl/jboofy95/overview I also have proof of 15 packs worth of purchases totalling 32,500 apex coins all of which i have nothing to show on my account right now.

Hoping you can help me here  EA_cuervo

    Hey SpliiffBeanzz,

Sorry to hear you've been having some trouble getting your progress to show back up here.

This would be happening because your Xbox account was previously linked to a different EA account. Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. Because of that, if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.

There is not a way to transfer or merge content across separate EA accounts I'm afraid, so the only way to try recovering any missing content would be to re-link the Xbox account to the previous EA account. If that earlier EA account is using an email you're unable to access, you'd then want to change the email address there rather than linking it to a different EA account.

    Thanks for the reply EA_Mako
Im sorry but i dont fully understand what im supposed to do to fix it, i played on xbox for years before cross progressions was implemented under what we will refer to as [edit: email address removed] and stopped playing. About 2-3 months ago i had to switch ISP at my residence causing me to login to my xbox microsoft account at [edit: email address removed] and i swapped the account email over to a brand new email [edit: email address removed], I have no access at all to the old domain email [edit: email address removed] and cannot recreate it but im still on my original xbox account so im quite confused. Are you saying when i first played apex before cross progression it automatically registered me an EA account at the [edit: email address removed] email aswell and thats what i need to try get back into? Sorry for the long post, your help is greatly appreciated.

If you played on Xbox for years, that would have been while your Xbox account was linked to a different EA account.

The EA account you're posting from has only launched Apex on Xbox for the first time very recently, meaning your progress is on an older EA account.

You'll need to locate and re-link your Xbox account to whichever EA account that was in order to try restoring any progress.

If that older EA account is one with an email address you can no longer access, you'll need to contact support to have them help update that information.
