ALGS Participant badge

I Recently Played in the Challenger Circuit 1 split 2 year 4 and got told in he ALGS discord server i am eligible for a badge but EA support says im not eligible because im on console so now im confu...

    We wouldn't be able to help with a badge here on the forums, sorry.

    For a situation like this it would be best to email ALGS League Operations at algs@ea.com per the ALGS rules here.

    Be sure to contact them from the email address associated with the EA Account that participated and they should be best equipped to clarify this for you further, thanks!
