People with FX-6300 seem to have this same issue. Including me. I’m getting an upgrade just for this damn game.

is this true cause i have amd fx 6100 and get the same issue ive tried everything to fix nothing works.

    It seems to only happen to the FX series. I'm not too sure about the FX-8350 or other FX CPUS, but I know for sure that this does happen on every FX-6300.

      I'm using the FX-8350 and I have no problem but, my friend has the FX-6300 and yes he has the same issue.

        I do not know if this works for other FX-6300 CPUS, but if you turn all your graphics settings to the lowest they can go it seems to fix it. I've played like 3-4 games without getting booted, but I have not tested this with parties.

      This is not just an FX problem, I have a 2016 Razer Blade that is more than capable of running the game and it says I'm getting 4-5 bars on wifi

      the Blade has an i7 6700Hq, a GTX 1060, and 16 gb of ram yet I can't stay in a game for more than a minute, although I had two off games that worked fine.

    I have a FX-6100 as well and getting the same issue. This is so annoying!

      i have the fx6300 as well, this is a known issue with the 6k series of all variants, the devs know about it as well. some people report turning off their 5th and 6th core helps get rid of the timed out connection error, but some also report that fix does not work for them. i myself will not be buying new hardware or downgrading my cpu to play this game, since i have little problems with any of the other games i play. either this gets fixed dev side or fx6xxx users simply wont be able to play the game. i'm fine with that, although there was a post on reddit last night from one of the teammembers at Respawn that specifically mentions crashing and how they are proceeding forward with that. i'd take a look before buying a new cpu, unless you had planned to upgrade anyway since its not like the fx6300 is new. but its my baby and it does what i need it to do for now, im ready to upgrade, but not for a f2p battleroyale that i should be able to play, and i play with everything on low just for max fps i care nothing for graphics.

        Yep hopefully they fix the issue godman. I'm really enjoying this game and it seems to run well on my dinosaur computer. Other than this issue I have no complaints. I agree with you on your last sentence. Game play will always trump Graphics!!!

      FX6300 here. Crashing almost every game. Go into menu to change a skin, crash. Go into a menu to buy/build item, crash.
      Literally only game I have any issue with. Everything else is smooth as butter.

      Just tried playing a game. Had one person crash at character select. Had second team member crash as we were landing at the beginning. I tell you what, this game is tough solo.

         Idk it worked fine for a while but its still crashing for me now and then, and can't use mic in game which is just bs. Can you even give us some info, is apex even trying to fix the issue? Literaly no info if issue is even on the list to be resolved...Just community members figuring some workarounds. might as well not even play the game idk why im even typing here.
