After I got a new pc I was getting the same problem. tried everything to try and fix it but nothing seem to work. resetting my router fixes te problem for bit but after not playing for a while the problem comes back and have to restart my router again it works. haven't contacted my ISP yet but doubt they will come with a solution anyway.
