Apex coin missing after refund

Hello there,

I refunded my coins without using them as I was specifically told not to. Now my apex account is 11500 coins in minus. Talking to the support they just accuse me of already having used them which I didnt. I am sure there has to be a way to check for ingame purchases because I didnt make any. I've tried for over a week now everyday to get someone to help me from EA and it all has been for nothing. My associated email is [edit: email address removed]
