Apex coins are bugged

Sorry to hear you've had so much trouble getting this cleared up.

Just based on your screenshot and where the code was redeemed however, those particular codes may need you to sign in via Origin or the EA app rather than Steam.

Are you able to try signing in using the EA app to see if those coins appear at that point? Once they show up on the account you should be good to swap back to Steam and have those remain available.

That would be the main workaround to try, though if that doesn't do the trick I'm afraid you'll need to reach back out to speak with support as we're unable to make any changes or discuss account details via the forums.
