apex coins purchased and didn't get them

i bought from the olay store worth $+19.99 apex coins and i didn't received anything pls can someone help me. i have history transactions and also reseipt in my mail.

    Missing coins are not something that we can help with here on Answers HQ. The EA Help team would need to verify proof of purchase with you and help get the coins added to your account. Please reach out to them when you have a chance so they can take a look. 

    You can find more info on how to set up a case with them over at the EA Help website. If you'd prefer you could also reach out to them over Facebook or Twitter as well.

    @BarbladeASSasin Hey, when did you make the purchase? You may need to wait for a little while, up to 24h hours.

    If you go that long without getting the code,please grab the receipt/Proof of Purchase and reach out to support.

    @AteYouGOOD Hey, as above, if you don't get your coins please reach out to support. You may want to restart the game client on your system too. 

  • It has been a week i have followed your steps and still dont have my 1000 aped coins nor my 10 dollars i spent on them through my xbox live balance

  • He help support a hopeless and cannot be contacted in Australia their phone number is disconnected or not answering this is very frustrating this is the fifth time this is happened to me on the purchase be a customer support is it is a joke!!!So frustrating
