Hello customer service, I am a Chinese APEX player and my account has not used any assistive software or any improper gifts. However, my account was banned today without any email prompts or reasons....

Since I am in China, I am unable to send emails on the official website and therefore cannot contact customer service

We cannot assist with bans directly here on AHQ.
