Illmattersau
I have an xbox 1S and have had trouble in the past. Idk if I can help you and many of these are standard things to do if the xbox crashes.
Recently my xbox had crashing problems in game, then thay moved on the only showing the game loading screen, before getting stuck. I could stream youtube and the xbox started ok. I had extracted the drive and that showed no errors or bad sectors so I thought it was the gpu that had become aged and was no longer functioning properly.
Which xbox do u have?
How old is it?
When is the last time you cleaned internally esp the fans? This must be done very carefully. I used a small paint brush and a hose hoover to get all the dust out. Do not let the fans spin if using a hoover.
How much space left on the drive?
Is there plenty of air circulation around the xbox?
Are any of the vents covered?
Have you uninstalled and reinstalled Apex?
Have you cleared the cashe?
Have you shut off and unpluged your xbox.
Have you hard reset the xbox?
Have you factory reset the xbox?
Have you unpluged your router?
If you have gone through these and other standard fixs and checks, then what finally worked for me was to uninstall all the games from the hd and set the install location to an external USB 3 (blue tab) of 128 gig (or greater), formatted to NTFS (allows big file saves)
Best of luck.
