I wouldn't even see the continue button and it just closed. I went to my motherboard manufacturers website and downloaded the bios drivers for my model motherboard, put it on a flash drive, restarted my computer, went to bios loaded it and now my apex plays perfectly. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Em7SRaG3L_0
