Usually when your progress seems to have been wiped like this, it's due to unlinking a platform or linking one to a different EA account.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved between different accounts.
It looks like the account you're posting from has some fairly recent Apex activity on PC, but has never even launched it on PlayStation. Since you mentioned a PSN account, had you played at all there in the past? If you'd previously played on PlayStation, it seems that may have been on a different EA account. You'd need to re-link to that EA account to try recovering access to any old progress.
