apex data deleted

SO as we know recently apex has pushed cross platforming. and i thought this was going to go smoothy but it did not. instead of keeping my data from 2020 got deleted and it was all of it. so all of my season 3-5 stats are now gone i could care less about KDA, because i know that my 2020 account had a 0.52, while with my switch account i have a 0.76 KDA. anyway when i went to login via steam a month before cross platforming officially came out it was my old account, with my old username. But now that it has completed it has completely deleted all of my stats from seasons 3-5 trackers. and changed my account name. plus the 500 somewhat kills i have had and i know that i was pass level 200 when it comes to leveling. which i thought that was suppose to merge together as well. and if i am level 283  with my steam account then i should be around level 500. but i got none of this while my brother got all of his play history skins and money.

WTF happened was it a glitch??????????????

    Hey @charizard38 

    Are you just missing stats or also skins and currency?

    Keep in mind that statistics (including trackers as far I'm aware), will only be kept after the merge from the highest level account.

    So if you had most of your statistics on a level 200 account and barely any stats on a level 260 account, then you would end up with a level 260 account with barely any stats after them erge.

    This means that statistics themselves don't merge and the levels don't merge, though skins and currency should merge.

    If your currency/skins haven't merged, could you tell me what platforms you're playing on, and if you recently relinked one of your platform accounts from one EA account to another.

    Yes. I am missing my season three kill stats and stats for Watson. If possible, I would like to unlink my original PC account so that I can see my old stats instead of merging with the new account.

    This would sadly enough not be possible.

    Even if you were to unlink one of your platform accounts, the data is already stored on the EA account itself, so it would not be possible to have it set on another account or keep it separate from the merged account.

    Just to confirm, were these stats on a lower level account compared to the other accounts linked to your EA account?

    I believe so I believe that my account was last time I checked it to twentyish where as I’m currently at 2:90 on my newer one. I know sorry for the annoying question but if I make a new account is there a way to get that data back?
