Had the same problem, but on Steam. Started the same day (for me it was saturday 8pm) Tried all the same stuff. I even tried installing it in the ea client instead, but there Apex just wants to download everything all over again when it finishes the download. I've even waited thinking yeah maybe it needs just a second time. The longest i waited was for 4 consecutive downloads and when the 5th started i just cancelled it.
