Apex gifts went missing and never receive it!

I have been trying to contact you but you guys never respond back, so here I am trying to ask you to help me. My friend gifted me the Horizon Rising Storm Bundle from the Golden Week sale in the Apex store and 7 Apex packs but when I try to check my inbox on my Xbox Series S it never shows up, I quit and reloaded my game several times and still, there was nothing. My friend got the screenshot that he gifted to me specificly and no one else. To be honest I feel a bit depressed because I never bought anything from the store but then my friend decided to gift a skin for my main. I have this feeling when I lose something kind of like anxiety maybe it is anxiety when I lose something, I just don't know how to describe the feelings it just doesn't feel right, and when I tried to sleep I tried not to think about it so I can go to sleep. So pls Respawn, EA, or Apex can you pls help a customer out I don't want my friend to lose his money and I feel bad for him because he is not being himself lately, so I told him that I will deal with it so he don't have to worry.
