As of yesterday, deleting and reinstalling the game has work. For now anyway.
Community ManagerUnfortunately I have run into this problem on my ps4. It's been 4 days now and I've literally tried everything. When I connect with EA help we try everything as well. Not too sure what's going on, they said my account wasn't banned by or anything so why do I get this infinite loading screen then it just times out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Going on 5 days now no apex ☹️

Are you getting a Code:Net error when this happens, or are you seeing a different message?

Yes it keeps saying that for me it leaves me at the main menu
Community ManagerGot it, thanks. This is actually an issue we've been tracking for some time. Some accounts are getting stuck with a Code:Net error when attempting to connect. The Apex Legends team has been investigating and working on getting it fixed, but right now I'm afraid I don't have a time frame on when it might be resolved.
