After installing the awakening collection update, my Apex on my main account doesn’t work. On a different Steam account however it boots perfectly fine. Everytime I open apex it goes to a white screen then closes and won’t even start. I’ve tried everything from verifying files to reinstall. Idk what else to do.
EA Staff (Retired)Hi @DrGoofensmirtz Is it possible to try using a different network? If not, can you try putting your device in a Clean Boot and seeing if this continues?
