Apex keeps crashing with no error Have crash dmp files but don't know what to do

My Apex keeps crashing with no error codes. I have contacted live help and done everything that they suggested and they were not able to help me so they told me to try the forum. I have the crash DMP...

ever since the new update mine has been doing the same launch thru steam like normal pulls up anticheat launcher but as soon as it opens apex it just crashes and nothing fixes it
