Apex keeps crashing with no error Have crash dmp files but don't know what to do

My Apex keeps crashing with no error codes. I have contacted live help and done everything that they suggested and they were not able to help me so they told me to try the forum. I have the crash DMP...

@lizhuangniuB2 Moved your post into another thread, can you try the steps suggested here with removing "+reticle_color" from launch options to see if this helps with this issue?
