Apex Latency and Packet Loss issues

Since the new patch/update my game is constantly running bad, I can't even play Training mode. The game acts buggy 24/7 latency and packet loss badge in the top right corner, when I try to walk it do...

    For issues with connection @Mihxa I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

    It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.

I got the same problems like the others. Game is stuttering and characters are getting stuck for 1-2 seconds then teleporting. Because of this, I can't play the game anymore. Here are the UOtrace results

    Also getting the same thing. EA said this was ISP and ISP says this is EA WAN Servers. Traceroute attached. Packet loss is on Apex WAN nodes (all are zayo.com). If I connect Via Hotspot game runs normal besides a slightly higher ping. So far no help from either EA or ISP.

      WOW! thank you! Its not a fix but getting closer to solving this ANNOYING issue.

      I've tried another network via a hotpot and it works flawless no dropped packets (player lag)

      Its gotta be between EA and ISP. Gonna try some different configs on the modem.
