Apex Legends: 100% CPU and GPU usage | Season6

Hello, just like many other users so do I suffer from high CPU and GPU usage. During Gameplay on public servers, my usage percentage raise to 100% CPU and GPU System overview: Intel Core i5-8600...

I'm having this issue despite trying various fixes 
This only happened as of the recent update as well. 
Would appreciate a fix ASAP
