Apex Legends: 100% CPU and GPU usage | Season6

Hello, just like many other users so do I suffer from high CPU and GPU usage. During Gameplay on public servers, my usage percentage raise to 100% CPU and GPU System overview: Intel Core i5-8600...

I have the same problem since the Genesis update.
My CPU is used at 100% when opening Apex, while my GPU doesn't even reach 10%.
