Same issue, however I don't get a crash log.
Freezes when i select full screen and search for matches / while in game
Support is extremely poor and they don't focus on fixing the issues
Did you check your documents folder? Or did you get any messages, when the game crashed?
Yeah, that kinda sucks. But at least they try, and finally the game at least generates this tiny txt, which gives a general direction to the root cause of the issue
The game locks up and forces it to close. It doesn't generate a crash log and it always logs in windowed instead of full screen
That sounds like a different issue than the one originally posted. Does it happen every time?

Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? Between Skull Town and Market.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Running towards a building
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? Both of them had already crashed out of the game before this happened.

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally 90% Its now a running joke with my friends if I get lucky I can get 1 game and then I need to quit the game since It would crash the next game.
How severe is your issue? ITS MAJOR ISSUE SINCE DAY 1 and I PICKED UP A FOUNDERS PACK I CAN NOT GET A REFUND THIS IS REALLY UPSETTING
