Apex legends crashes when i go into the lobby

Apex legends will refuse to let me play. It dosent let me get to the lobby. If i press continue,and im in the lobby it crashes. Please help

    My game just fixed,all i had to do is leave the game alone for like,1-2 hours.

So...my game had a little update and now it keeps on cashing

    Which platform are you all playing on? Are you getting a particular error message or anything at all?

      @EA_Kent PC, Ryzen 3600, Nvidia 2070 Super, nothing overclocked. Usually I see 0x887a006 Device Hung error. I've tried to launch game in window mode, got "Failed to create pixel shader 0 for null name" I am playing really Apex for a long time, and I had crashes time to time before, but now I just can't play the game.

      Same here, playing on PC Windows 10 64bits.

      @EA_Kent Ps4 and the CB crash error ive switch DNS and still happens plz help need week 8 challenges asap. THANKS

        Thanks for sending up all this information. 

        Are you still running into any crashes? It looks like the issues that we were seeing yesterday should be resolved now, so if it's still happening we may be looking at something different.
