THE CRASHES
We know this has been frustrating for many of you across all platforms. We hear you and we take this issue seriously. Improving stability, performance, and quality of life is a big priority for us and we have a lot of work to do. We pushed our first patch out earlier this week and we’ve got many more coming [including one next week!]. We’ll always provide patch notes when these come out. No I can’t tell you what’s in it yet.
If we can’t reproduce the issue locally, it’s pretty impossible to fix it. That’s why it’s super important that when you report an issue you’re experiencing, you provide as much information as possible. If you just post: “My game keeps crashing. Fix it.”, there’s not a lot we can do to help you, and we really want to help you!

Also getting this crash so I hope they can fine a solution soon. I know its got to be one of the worst issues the face being it seemly leaves no logs or dumps to let you know whats happening that and the random nature of the crash make this a nightmare to debug. I hope the team can get to the bottom of it asap.
I am also experiencing this random crash phenomena. I just reached level 23 and for most of the levels I was able to complete full games with an occasional crash every couple of games or so. Now, however, I have gone a full week without completing an entire game before a random crash to desktop with no error message. It seems the problem has gotten worse as time has gone on, and there is no pattern to the crashes. They only happen once I leave the dropship, but it can be anywhere from immediately on deployment to right before the game ends. Recently I've gone 30 games without even landing on the ground before the game crashes (crashing on decent).
I'm currently running a Radeon RX Vega 56 GPU, and I've never had issues with crashes in any other games. These games include (Overwatch, Battlefield 1, Rainbow 6, Destiny, etc.) I've turned down all video settings to their lowest settings and rolled back my drivers to when the game ran smoothly. I've also tried updating to the latest drivers, to no avail. The point I'm getting at is that my Desktop handles some of the most intense visual effects all happening at once on screen without so much as fps drops. So, I'm officially stumped on how to remedy the issue. I've found "fix" threads online that involve fiddling with "bios" and hard coding, but they warned to not meddle unless I was fully informed on the subject matter since it could cause irreversible damage. Please, help me play this awesome and fun game!
