Apex legends crashing

Haven't been able to play a proper game of a Apex In like 2 weeks, I've tried everything to fix it And I only have this problem on Apex 

And the only thing that seems to reduce the amount of crashes I have is lowering my frame rate 

So i go from up to 6 crashes a game two maybe 1 or 4 crashes again

And the majority of these crashes are turning off My system that I play on
