Apex Legends Cross Progression Prompt Came but I got zero items from my xbox acc

I got the cross progression pop-up today and it said "start here" or whatever and I clicked it said "this my take a few minutes" I then was sent to the lobby and received none of my season 1-5 limite...

Im currently having the same issue and i got the message saying "please wait a moment" (something along those lines) and it just put me back into the lobby without anything merged.

I was level 300 and had a heirloom and alot of skins on my main.

PLEASE HELP
