Just to confirm, are you signed into the same account you used to play with? And have you unlinked any platform accounts from the EA account to link to another?
For context, progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, or Steam. If you're signed in to a different EA account or unlinked a platform account, you'd lose access to progress accumulated on that original account until you log back in or relink those accounts.
