Apex legends progress reset due to linking of accounts

    Hi there, @DudePerfect73512.

    Unfortunately, we're not able to restore the content you lost or link the previous account. When you unlink an account, progress and content is lost.

@EA_Aljo Hello I have a question, so I have a Nintendo Switch right and I just got an Xbox series s for Christmas and I linked my account to the Xbox all game progress is lost all I have on there are my friends but on my Nintendo all my progress is there please help have a great night

Progress doesn't carry over from one console to the others. You'll keep your progress when you add an account, but if you unlink an existing account, progress will be lost.

    Unfortunately, there's no way to transfer your progress from one console to another.

    I just switched to pc from xbox. I don’t yet have an apex account on my pc. Is there any way I can sign into the same account I have on my xbox?

    @Beckboss0408 yes you have to link your accounts but you wont get the same progress as you had on xbox to pc unfortunately
