If you're not able to see any violations in your Penalty History, you're likely signed in to the wrong EA account. It might be worth trying a different login method or email address before checking your penalty history again to see if anything appears.
Once you've located the account with the ban, you'll want to follow the steps on this page to create an appeal. Our ToS team will be able to review your case upon receiving the appeal, and they'll reach out through email when the review is complete. Please note that appealing is the only way to have an account action addressed, as the ToS team is the only team with the right tools and records to investigate.

I did switch to the correct account as I had the same suspicion. It also has no bans on record, therefor I can't submit an appeal.
