EA Staff (Retired)@utmoako Do you have any secuirty software running on your device you can try to disable or allow Origin and Apex through, also to confirm do you have any windows prompts?
@EA_Illium Hi, I got the same problem as the other person. I even turned off my antivirus. It's been stuck like this for a long time and I can't pause and resume or else it will download again from the beginning. Please can I know if there is any fix to this asap? I even tried R&D mode for but it still didn't work or atleast allow me to resume it from where I paused.
