Apex Legends: Unable to Connect

I have played the game since the day it has come out. I have manged to make it to level 60 with not too many connection issues, freezing and crashes, Until Last week now sometimes the game lets me play and then as soon as i try to join up with the squad my game freezes and then crashes with an error code unable to connect to server. i have done every thing on ea.com/unable-to-connect. web page. At first i thought it was my internet and that is not the case. I have a amd 6300 and have now found many articles related to my situation. Is this my problem and will EA or who ever do anything to fix it? I attached my dxdiag so someone can see my specs.
