Apex Packs Disappearing

This definitely isn't the first time this has happened but i thought i was just crazy. I hit level 415 and it shows i was rewarded an apex pack which i then go to open and nothings there. Thankfully i got it on video this time, looked back to confirm i wasn't losing it. Just the game.. Do we get the packs if we show a video of the rip off? I already assume the countless undocumented ones are gone forever. But i hold out hope

    @FootLongFeil Thanks for the video. As for the repeated skin, unfortunately all I have is an internal text string "weapon_skin_3030repeater_rare_03", so one of the rares.
    Fortunately the card pose is human-readable, it's Wraith's "Blink of an Eye", and the Horizon frame is "Tessellate".

    Looking now I see you're on PS4 and you might have been affected by the server/progress issues.

    I suspect your XP got rolled back when the resolution for that issue was implemented, as I can see you getting the pack/tokens for hitting 415 earlier than the daily timer and remaining days on your video indicate.

    So I think you hit level 415 twice, once about 34 hours ago, and once more shortly before you created the thread. And as you should have the rewards for hitting 415 already, it didn't grant them the 2nd time.

    Hi, from looking into this I think you might have gotten a duplicate notification.

    Around 4:05AM UTC on April 6th (about 30 hours ago) I can see a pack granted for levelling, and it being immediately opened. It had a Wraith card stance, a 3030 skin and a Horizon card frame. 

    While it looks like the contents were indeed delivered, we get lots of claims like this, and there's clearly potential for misunderstandings. Could you drop the video in here (hosting on youtube and linking it is usually easiest) and we can bounce that on to the devs?

    I just went back on to check again to see my loadouts and there wasnt any red dot indicating new items and tried looking to see if anything looked new off memory, but nothing stood out. If you could tell me what the 303 skin was called would definitely help, if its not a hassle. Heres the video of me receiving the pack then not opening due to absence of. I just trimmed out the fight but can put up the whole thing if needed. Thanks
