Apex Packs not received

I purchased 100 packs on 4/14/26 at 1:20am PST. I upgraded those packs with the red in-game currency. Then i opened all of them, and before seeing any rewards was prompted a server connection issue. So i reloaded the game, and was given crafting materials for the packs, but not a single cosmetic item was received.

I am on Ps5, and my account name is CliffHuxstable. I messaged eahelp last night to recieve a case number, however was not given any additional information. I wanted to follow up as ea help mentioned this issue was happening amongst other players at around the same time.

  • Hey _HennGawd_,

Just to confirm with you here, you do receive the contents of these packs even when this error pops up. What the error will prevent are the new item notifications, meaning you may unfortunately need to check each Legend/Weapon, etc. to see what's new.

This is something we're tracking and looking into, so while we don't have any specific ETA for a fix at this time, you can follow our Trello page here for additional info as it's available. Thanks!

    Hey _HennGawd_,

Neither of those can be provided here, sorry. There's not a way to regrant items that already exist on the account, or "re-run" pack openings. The items are there, we can't place them there again or add individual items.

You'll need to get in touch with support to discuss the individual items in your inventory that were added at that specific date/time. They can indeed view your inventory to see what was acquired, but it's not something we're able to do via the forums.

Thanks for checking. The issue is that due to the notification bug and the size of my inventory, I have no reliable way to confirm what was actually granted. Since support also cannot verify item-by-item, I’m requesting either:

    1. A detailed list of items granted to my account, or
    2. A regrant of the affected items to ensure nothing was missed

Without one of these, there’s no way to confirm the grant was successful.

    Hey _HennGawd_,

Yes, your grant process completed without issue - aside from the one affecting notifications. The team has confirmed this behavior for all accounts impacted by this server error, and I've manually double-checked to the extent we're able here to be sure that was the case.

I completely understand that makes it extremely difficult to see what you're receiving, especially if you already have a larger collection with things in virtually every category on each legend/weapon to check through. Thanks for the patience while the team's working to get this fully fixed up.

Thanks for confirming that a large number of packs were opened simultaneously.

That behavior itself is part of the concern — opening ~100 packs at once makes it difficult to verify item grants in real time.

Based on Apex Pack probabilities (including guaranteed Epic/Legendary drops), opening that quantity should result in a clearly noticeable number of high-tier items. I did not observe that outcome across my inventory after checking all categories.

Since you’re able to see the pack openings, can this be escalated for a grant verification audit to confirm that all items were successfully delivered server-side?

I’m not asking for logs to be shared, just for confirmation that the grant process completed without errors, or for a regrant if any failure occurred.

_HennGawd_  Did you open any other large batches of packs that same day, or wait until the following day (4/15)?

We cannot provide inventory logs or a full list I'm afraid, but I can definitely point you towards what you've received. I'm absolutely seeing a very large number of packs all opened at the exact same time back on 4/14.

I have quadruple checked that I did not receive any new items. I have checked all characters, weapons, and art.

Can i request manually review my Apex Packs and account inventory logs for the session where I opened ~100 packs, verify that items were granted correctly, and restore any missing items or Apex Packs if the grant failed.

    Hello Mako,

I checked my character items’ multiple times, and I did not receive any cosmetic item in terms of characters, weapons, or art. The only thing i did receive was crafting materials in an abnormal amount. Before opening my 100 packs i had ~2k crafting materials. I now have 7k, which seems way beyond the standard amount someone would receive.
