Apex RANDOMLY unlinked my PSN account, and now progress is completely gone!

I started up Apex on my PS5 like any other day, but then this time it was telling me to create an EA account. This was strange as ive already done this years ago. I jump on the laptop & sign into my EA account to find out that My PSN was unlinked from my EA account. To even proceed, it asked me to link an account so i linked my PSN account back to the EA one (and this is the correct one, I only play apex with one psn account). Now all my progress is gone! Everything ive done & paid for, for years is gone!

How does apex unlink my account for whatever reason & now removes all my progress. I dont have any other EA account and my primary PSN account has been binded to it since they introduced the account being linked to psn.

Has anybody experienced this & is there a way to fix this.

The difference ive realised from other people is that mine was a completely RANDOM unlink and i dont play Apex on any other platform (no PC/Xbox/Switch ect)

Any help would be appreciated!
