apex says that my account is logged in on another device even when im not

I typically play Apex on a ps5 however my ps account is considered a childs account (me being 17). So i download pc apex and put in my card info to buy some apex credits. Now not only do i lose the $...

Log in on the device you DONT want to play on right now (I know it sounds weird) and then return to main menu. Then load it on another device and it should work. Closing the application doesn’t fix it for some reason. You need to have both devices on and on the main menu.

@LegoNate07 i had this exact problem twice this week I bought some off origin and Xbox because of the ea play discount I get I had to login on both the Xbox and origin version of apex to get my coins I then just bought the packs on those platforms then logged back into my preferred platform I wanted to use
