I log in to Apex from the EA platform and it shows that I can't connect to the server, please confirm that Origin is connected to the network and try again, but my network is fine, downloading the game on the EA platform or opening the store can work normally, and I can log in to APEX from the Steam platform to play the game normally

Hey @YMQYZYZ,

Have you tried repairing the game through the EA app, and then clearing your EA app cache? Sometimes one or both of these steps can fix issues like this.
