Appeal on my account ban

Well to start, me and my friends used to play apex but were really bad at it, but we just really play for fun and just suddenly stopped as we found new games to play or been busy with life, but when we decided to play again recently, i noticed that my account was suddenly banned and i tried talking to an advisor and they told me that it was game enhancers? like last time i played was a long time ago and me and my friends aren't even that good at the game, we were hardstuck like silver or gold, and not even making insane damages and kills, we rarely get 1k damage per game, so how did i get accused of game enhancing that i am 100% sure did not do as i despise cheating in any form in every game i play as it ruins the fun, then i appealed it through EA case but it's not appearing in my cases and in penalty history, it just says my account is ban but it's not in my account history? every time i try to make a case, it just says case submitted but it doesn't appear in my case history. can anyone help?

    That's an old bug.u don't expect their anti-cheat technology. :)

    I am going through the same thing I appealed like 4x and have not received any information or contact from that team

    I see, but how about the penalty not appearing in my penalty history or in my account portal? it's just blank there, and whenever i try to appeal, no case appears in my case history

    I'm in your shoes. There is no penalty History, but Apex shows ban massage after 5 second in lobby. I have submitted an appeal via their web-form. After first submit there is no case showing in my case portal. I recommend you make a new case again and this time you will see the fields pre-filled with the info you already given previously. Submit again and the case will appear. 
    But you will just get another Bot massage from email that you need to contact Terms of Service team and they will send you the same guide again and again.

    bro i already tried making 4 cases T^T no case appears in my case history, even made 2 or 3 follow up cases, still nothing in my case history, all blank.
