[April 2nd] Lost account progress

I Lost my account progress since i verify files integrity in steam. One Ea Mod need to contact with me asap. [CM - Edited title for clarity]

You reset everyones stuff to the start of the season and everyones stats and stuff they had brought or earned since all got reset. Wonderful job, least the events going well?

    i just got the cross progression notice again even though that happened in november and now i lost all progress from this season.  It shows 0 games, 0 kills

    not to mention i lost all my points from the Shadow event.

      @huyness6 Yep me too and pretty much everyone has i think, it's actually pathetic now. They're killing their own game

      Yep same for me, one legend my skins, my rank and all my data from season 20 1st split erased. Even my old diamond badges from previous seasons are gone. How can we get help with this?

        Same for me, i have lost all of my progress, skin etc. since middle of season 19. Joke of EA for April's fools update...?

      Same w me I only play on ps5 and got the message last season months ago and now lost my level progression my premium battle pass w its progression like everyone else. Hope they fix this asap! This is not good!

    they are an utter joke, lost my heirloom and a load of kill from the season and my previous ranked badges
