ASHE HEIRLOOM MISSING + COSMETICS FROM HEIRLOOM RELEASE EVENT HELP!!!!!
My heirloom is missing for Ashe. I purchased it during her event and unlocked all event cosmetics, every item is missing. When I try to create a case via the website it sends me back to this page https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/. So I cannot create a NEW case, nor can I resume an existing one regarding my missing rewards for the EA play subscriber FOR OVER A YEAR BY THE WAY. ANYWAY, how can I get help for this when I can't even submit a case?
This is $200 I spent that is missing from my inventory. I know forum managers cannot help but my god, we need to be able to at least submit a case for SOME HELP. PLEASE.
